When Can You Cancel an Order?
You may request to cancel your order if:

- The product you ordered becomes unavailable or out of stock.
- You contact our Customer Support before the order is handed over to the courier.
Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be canceled. In such cases, our Return & Refund Policy will apply where eligible.
How to Request an Order Cancellation

Prepaid Order Cancellation
If your prepaid order is eligible for cancellation:
- You will receive a full refund.
- Refunds will be processed through the original payment method whenever possible, such as:
- bKash
- Nagad
- Bank Transfer
- Debit/Credit Card (where applicable)
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
- COD orders can be canceled free of charge before dispatch.
- Repeated cancellations without a valid reason may affect your eligibility to place future Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
Company's Right to Cancel Orders
Khatiana Ghee reserves the right to cancel any order if:
- The product becomes unavailable.
- Payment verification fails.
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
- The delivery address or contact information is incorrect or cannot be verified.
- The order cannot be fulfilled due to circumstances beyond our control.
If payment has already been made, an eligible full refund will be issued.
